Awesome Place, Great Idea! Brisket Cheesecake was actually really good.
I had the Nutella cheesecake, it was a Nutella topped cheesecake jar. The topping was sweet smooth deliciousness, chocolatey Nutella just perfect. The cheesecake was fluffy deliciousness. Usually when eating something sweet I need water, but honestly it was just right. Even my honey who's not a big dessert fan loved it.
Had Val's for the first time Labor Day weekend and it was everything I expected and more. Delicious, high quality product, friendly faces and a super cute storefront is what you will find here! #LovingThisLife
Saw Val's when going to work and I finally had a chance to go, let me tell you I sure did love my classic cheese cake with strawberry filling!! It was awesome! I will be coming back to try their mint and chocolate cheese cake!

Well, Dallas- you've done it! You have officially become COOLER than Austin- Val's Cheesecake on Maple (you can't miss the little blue building next to the Grapevine Bar) pushed you over the top. This place, though tiny, has it ALL! The cheesecakes are amazing and come in these take home safely glass canning jars. Innovative packaging for sure.... but the flavors are the real treat.
