Love the staff! Friendly and helpful! That was my original post when I started at valor years ago. Unfortunately it was proven today I’m not a valued customer. Not only was I told I was not going to receive the items I didn’t receive, which I take accountability, I should have paid more attention at the time I picked up items. I came here 5 weeks ago and again today and saw the doctor, for my weight loss goals. She is very knowledgeable, VERY professional, and has great bedside manner. She answered all of my questions and concerns and made sure I was knowledgeable about my meds. I highly recommend valor medical!
CAUTION! I wanted to share my experience in trying to schedule a wellness visit recently. As an established patient for about a year, I was disappointed to learn today that my insurance was not accepted, even though it is a plan that your practice takes. Despite my attempts to discuss alternative options or express my concerns, I felt that the practice closed the doors on any possibilities for consideration.
