RecommendedDespite the hefty ER bill I am thoroughly happy with the care my toddler received for nursemaid elbow that happened a few months ago. Despite the visit being short, and expensive, the wonderful nurse and ER doctor assured me it was common and that my toddler would be okay. It was after 5 so I had no other choice. Thank you Valor for making this experience as smooth and as wonderful as possible.
Thankfully I’ve really only had to visit for lab work but, the lab has always taken great care of me. Blood draws are painless and the staff are very friendly!
I was recently in Valor Health this evening-8/30/18 with my grandmother as the patient. The staff at Valor Health is phenomenal. Specifically one of the nurses Tiffani Cook. She was extremely professional, very attentive to her patient's needs, thorough when doing her job and the overall care she provided was extraordinary. Thankfully my Charlie is ok. But while I was a bundle of nerves the staff was professional and expedient.
My knee surgery was the best hospital experience of the different experiences I have had to date. This includes two prior back surgeries over the hill . Dr Hines is AmaZing, the nurses skilled and professional and every one seems to have a great sense of humor! They made sure I was comfortable and kept my pain to a manageable level. Great job Valor Health!
VALOR did a fabulous job! My son had 2 surgeries in 2 weeks. The staff is very professional and caring. Dr Martin, Christy, Aubrie, Stephanie and Becky were AWESOME! They really took great care of my boy. I went to the cafeteria to get breakfast during his procedure and Kelly made us an outstanding breakfast! THANK YOU VALOR!
Never again will Me or my family go there again.. The doctor was more upset about us being there sick!
I wonder why it is that the few people who are not satisfied with their service are the ones who send reviews, while the thousands of others who were happy with their service never do.
