I have been in the ER several times with my mom and its a joke. No doctor came in to tell us what the plan was or what might possibly be going on. When I went to find out I told they were waiting for a specific time to re draw blood and that my mother was on observation for 6 hours. mind you this is the ER and that was the first I had heard anything since being there at 11, and this was at 145. I do not recommend this hospital.
Teresa, in urgent care did an amazing job! She was helpful, kind, honest and went the extra mile! So, so happy with her care of my daughter! :)

I enjoyed having my baby here. The OB nurses were amazing! We received exceptional care.
I took my son to get stitches on his eyebrow after he fell and split it open. The doctor didn’t clean the wound with alcohol (or any type of disinfectant) before he closed it. He used dissolvable stitches (these should NOT have been used, it was too late to do anything by the time I realized what he was using because I was so focused on my crying son) all but one of the stitches have popped open after two days, and his wound is oozing puss nonstop, hot, swollen, and red. His eyebrow is a complete mangled mess with half open ... read more
