Valor Flooring did an excellent job with my water damaged hardwood. They replaced approximatley 150 sqft of red oak and sanded/refinished to match with the rest of the floor. They were also able to get us on the schedule fast which I appreciated since we were expecting house guests. Breanna in the office is super easy to deal with. Great Company!!! From start to finish customer service rocked ! It was a quick estimate , to placing the order to service install date. Then the install guys rocked ! Very polite and hard working team ! The best of all the work got done on time and well done !
The Valor Flooring team was patient, professional and fast! From the time I picked my carpet until install was only 2 weeks and the end result was perfect! Kirk and the install team treated my belongings with care and concern, cleaned up behind themselves and the workmanship is beautiful, no complaints, only praise. I would recommend Valor Flooring to anyone considering new carpet.
Love my new carpet, just in time for my new grand baby, we will make lots of memories laying and playing in the floor now that it is soft and cozy with the carpet Matt Rial with his designer helped us pick out! The entire process was seamless. I will use Valor Flooring for my next flooring project for sure!
