This isnt a people first company, youre just a # and the companies bottom line is the most important thing. Valmont used to have a hire - fire mentality but have gotten away from that recently. Lots and lots of overtime. You will be married to Valmont if you work for them, at least at the production level. Really good benefits. For the most part the people that work there are good folks, but like any other place they have theyre share of assholes roaming around.
