They were scheduled to be here from 3:30 - 5PM. I had to leave work early to meet them but they didn't show up until after 6PM with no phone calls. I think the service tech was just eager to go home as he didn't care that I was reluctant to still have them do work for me since they were late. He wasn't rude but more of an "oh well, whatever" attitude. I sent him away as I would rather give my money to somebody more eager.
