Terrible customer service. Receptionist is absolutely rude in Queen Creek. Would not recommend.
RecommendedAll the Staff are very friendly. Doctor Terri is awesome. Appointments- you are in and out in no time and hardly any waiting in the rooms.
worked with the Drs, not midwives. I didn't feel like it was optional to NOT be swept, had 3 done at different appointments. They were pushing to schedule an induction starting at 39 weeks, which I did refuse. After 20 hrs labor, they said I was still a 4 or 5cm, so they diagnosed me FTP, and said baby had a few decels so I needed to get a CS quickly to get him out safely. RecommendedI love VWW they are amazing!! I absolutely love the midwife Beth. She is amazing and can handle tough situations when they occur. She takes the time to listen to all of your concerns and makes you feel comfortable. She follows your birth plan and truly cares about all of her patients. I highly seeing her and Mallorie.
RecommendedI have enjoyed my entire 9 months going to (mainly) the Val Vista office and having Dr Belisle through out my entire pregnancy. She’s probably the only Dr who can put up with my husbands “crap.” Lol!! We could not thank her enough for delivering our baby and were so happy it was her through out it all. - I wish we could visit this office just because, that’s how much we enjoy her and her staff.
RecommendedWhen my wife and I went there it as pleasant and convenient. The hours weren’t a problem because yo was so close to home. That was nice too because we were considered a high risk pregnancy. Hope this helps. They usually get slow around 4 so that’s a good spot
RecommendedI love VWFW. I see NP Venessa Thompson. She’s super friendly and helpful. Her office staff is always friendly and super helpful. I’ve never had any issues getting same day appointments.
My daughter had an appointment at 2pm to which she got out of school for. We drove an hour to their clinic from our home and arrived just before 2. We were told at the front desk she couldn’t be seen because she didn’t arrive 30 minutes prior to her appointment. I explained our drive and that I was unaware of this 30 minutes prior policy, that I would fill out the paperwork needed and they could see my child. They refused, and were incredibly rude and could have cared less about their patient. What a sad practice.
