I love VWFW. I see NP Venessa Thompson. She’s super friendly and helpful. Her office staff is always friendly and super helpful. I’ve never had any issues getting same day appointments.
My daughter had an appointment at 2pm to which she got out of school for. We drove an hour to their clinic from our home and arrived just before 2. We were told at the front desk she couldn’t be seen because she didn’t arrive 30 minutes prior to her appointment. I explained our drive and that I was unaware of this 30 minutes prior policy, that I would fill out the paperwork needed and they could see my child. They refused, and were incredibly rude and could have cared less about their patient. What a sad practice.
I am extremly happy with Dr. Dave. She is careing, thorugh, and a talented Doctor. Her office staff is helpful and try to make things as easy as possible for you. I was well taken care of during my post-pardum also. She cares for her patients and their families. Very happy with her and will go for as long as I can.
Run away anywhere else!!! Will try and get money out of you and your insurance any way they can!!
The worse place for women. Doctors are patronizing and has no empathy or just plain communication skills! Then they charge an exorbitant amount for doing absolutely nothing in any form, as in providing a solution or assurances.
