I'm never going back to this place again. I couldn't figure out why they had so many bad reviews and now I know. The Gilbert location is terrible! Watch out they will try and force you into having services you don't need then leave you hanging helpless when you call them out on it. I was hung up on several times by the nurses and now I'm stuck with these prescriptions I don't know what to do with and made another appointment elsewhere. #moneyhungry #valleywomenforwomen #dontcare #scammers

Being charged a year after my son was born $130 because of them charging my insurance x amount of times. I have had >3 visits with them, and thankfully switched to another company before my son was born. Rude, inconsiderate, and so out-of-date with medical advice.
This place has made my daughter cry on more than one occasion. Yelling at a girl who has never had a vaginal exam because she is nervous about it is shameful! So she switched providers within the office since it was so close hoping it was just a fluke. Well the nurse just basically called my daughter stupid via telephone and now she is crying again. I called to complain and now Ive been on hold for 30 minutes and getting the run around.

After a biopsy, VWFW never called me with my results. I ended up driving to the Simon Med myself to get my results. Upon receipt of the final labs from Simon Med, Valley Women For Women neglected to call me to let me know that I would need to have a follow up diagnostic mammogram last year. I finally found out almost an entire year later that I was supposed to have the 6 month follow up. In my opinion, VWFW is just too big of an operation...this allows things to fall through the cracks!
