We are a residence with 1 tank for our gas fireplace. Ferrelgas was so expensive, we switched to VWC for their very reasonable tank rental. However, twice now we have had our account charged for items from their store in Grandview. We don't live near Grandview and didn't even know there was a store. Highly highly recommend! I was having a difficult time getting a propane tank installed for my fireplace because the two main gas companies in the area basically said it wasn't worth their time. Called Valley Wide and they set it up in a timely manner, did an excellent job, had reasonable pricing, and I never have a problem getting refills when needed. Skip Ferrellgas and Amerigas and choose Valley Wide instead, they provide a much better service.
Bob Christianson went far and beyond what they needed to do to help me get my problem resolved. Will stick with this Company indefinitely
I would recommend VWC propane to anyone that needs propane delivered. We are currently building our home and had been struggling to find a propane provider. Other places were to expensive or had phony extra fees. VWC propane opened our account and made our delivery with in 2 -3 days from the day I called and spoke with Bob.
