It was my first time at this office & it was the best experience I had in a very long time the staff was awesome & Dr. Patten showed he truly cares about his patient !! I recommend him highly & he has a nice selection of glasses to choose from ...
I love this place! They have the most beautiful frames plus really nice staff.
I thought the office was beautiful and clean and modern. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Patton was amazing!! He did so good with my 7 and 10 year old. He tricked them into thinking it was fun. We will for sure be back.
Receptionist shouldn't adjust people's glasses! Didn't tell me she wasn't qualified until she accidentally popped out my lense then scratched it while trying to put it back in. Then denied scratching it!
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Patten for several years. We have always found his staff to be friendly, courteous and concerned about patient care. They always welcome us like we are good friends. Dr. Patten is very knowledgeable and through. He takes as much time with each patient as is necessary to get just the right prescription for your glasses. It is a real pleasure to have such caring, friendly people take care of our eyes.
