Terrible billing. Bill differs from insurance EOB. Clicking button to view an actual statement doesn't work. No option do a partial payment for actual amount owed. It tells you something when one of the primary options in the phone tree is to press 2 if you are a lawyer !!!!!!!

I wish I could remember names of the two ladies who helped me today. One of them has twins. Anyway, I had a breast ultrasound and a mammogram and they were just the sweetest people. So calm, caring and professional. The world needs more women like you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the loving care you give every day! It did not go un-noticed!

Mountain radiology billing is awful, charged line items twice. They won’t rectify it, billing says there’s no response from mountain radiology to review the bill. They sent me to collections when I’ve been trying to pay them once they correct the bill. But still close to a year later still no response to why something was billed twice. All I get from them is telling me that the bill is correct and I need to pay it. Sorry but until it’s corrected I will never pay the bill.

Received an email "bill" that couldn't be opened, nor replied to, and contained no verifiable information, just a dollar amount.
