These are some of the best apartments The ladies in the front office are very helpful I love their online portal. I can pay my rent from anywhere. It’s very quiet and peaceful
Worst experience I’ve ever had with any apartment. My unit was infested with cockroaches, had mold growing from in the wood, constant leaks from the dishwasher, toilet and bathtub. When I put a service request for these things it took 2 weeks because they only have one guy for plumbing for the whole property. When they told me my apartment was uninhabitable they gave me 2 weeks notice and nothing to help with move. They don’t have emergency maintenance so anything after 5pm you’re not going to be helped. Wonderful and nice office staff! Yadira is one of the most best mangaers there is in DFW , very understanding and helpful along with her assistant Elisa that works in the front office I give them but he 2 thumbs up Along with her maintenance staff Luis and Franky, they have excellent and fast maintenance response. Nice clean and quiet community.... Love it here !
