The staff there is the best! They are always so helpful to answer questions & truly care about our pets! :) it was extremely hard when we had to put down our 12 yr old cat due to cancer, the entire staff & dr's sent our family the most wonderful sympathy card! It had a cat on it that looked just like our cat They are so tender with the animals that come in & the quality of care is too notch!
Dr webber misdiagnosed my cat stating was diabetic. Found out it's actually a kidney infection from a real vet(Praire Winds Vet). Terrible service and very expensive at Valley Vet and they tried to get more money out of me with tests my cat didn't need. Avoid!
These are the best people to take care of my four legged family members. I would not take them elsewhere. We are treated exceptionally well. We are not just money, these people are passionate about our pets
I love bringing my cats here! Everyone really listens to my concerns and they are great at what they do! I've been coming for years and I'll continue to do so.
We take both our young cat and puppy to see the vet here, and they do a wonderful job. It's obvious that this isn't just their job, it's their passion. When we come to visit, our doctor and some of the techs know our pets by name and ask how they're doing. It's a very friendly environment and I know my pets are well taken care of when we bring them there.
