Absolutely thrilled with the care I received from Valley Vetrinary. Not only were they kind, thorough, and helpful at the appointment, they followed up a week later to ensure my cat was doing ok. Highly recommend them!
Bubba really likes the staff. He receives great care with well checks and under the weather exams.
About a week ago I called and spoke with one of the receptionists about getting a prescription for antibiotics for my guinea pig, who I suspect had a URI, which is fatal for them if not treated promptly. (A previous guinea pig of mine died from it after having a recurring case over a 6 month span). I asked if I could get the prescription without being seen, since payment has to be upfront (unlike other vets in town which just bill me). They had done this once previously with my other pet. I HIGHLY recommend Valley Veterinary. I recently had to say goodbye to my cat and they were so patient with me through the process and showed so much support in this dreadful decision. �
