my Jazzie always loved going to Valley Vet. She loved Dr. Winning and all the techs. what she loved was the fish aquarium - she loved to watch the fish swimming around. she enjoyed her accu visits.

The staff are outstanding. From the Front Desk Staff, to the Technician, to the Veterinarian. My 7 year old puggle went in for a procedure, and afterwards, the technician did an excellent job explaining everything and what to expect afterwards. The front desk staff answered my questions checked me out in a timely manner. Not only do I feel they give quality care to their clients, but have great customer service skills with the owners. I would recommend.

Called to bring my kitten in for urgent care, was able to get an appointment same day (which I know isn't always possible). The staff was very loving, helpful and helped my Willard start to feel better. Even though I had to leave him there for further care, I felt like he was in good hands. I was called with an update and his care plan was explained well to me.

He had lost a pound and a half and they told me he WOULD NOT have lost weight because of a respiratory infection. They said him losing that weight was equivalent to me losing 80lbs. If I lost 80lbs I would be non-existent! Therefor I took it as him being on his death bed. They said they needed to test for leukemia, heart disease, heart worms liver function AND x-rays. $700 later they came back and said th... read more

Today we said goodbye to a loved family member. It was one of the hardest days of our lives. Dr. Haroldson and her staff were a comfort through the whole process. Their compassion, kindness, and love helped us cope with our loss. From making a diagnosis through making a final decision on the next steps they were supportive and understanding of how hard these decisions are. They understand the true love of the pets in our life. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being there for us.
