I had a very good experience renting at this location! Twice I got called that I did not slide my lock holder. If I put the lock on w/o sliding it’s not locked. The mgr walks the property. There are cameras & lights. I felt safe going in alone off hours. Easy ti pay and or address any problem which were my mistake. Things got stolen in our hime so this was money well spent. Friendly management. Prices reasonable.

Definitely recommend Valley Storage. Kayla was so helpful and made obtaining a unit and ending my lease so smooth and simple. She answered all of my questions and was so kind. Great customer service. I will definitely use them again if I am in need of a storage unit!

Kayla was fantastic! We were able to rent a unit in less than 30 minutes, and that was with her helping 2 other customers while she was waiting on us. She asked us if it would be alright. and we told her it was fine. She answered all of our questions, and set up our auto pay with our bank. We are so pleased how she took care of us. Rev.
