RecommendedIn light of the current COVID-19 situation everything needed to set up my rental for a storage unit was done over the phone and online. Tim was very professional and thorough and so helpful to get things ready in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business.
They hired people to replace their doors on their storage units, the people they hired damaged items of mine and they refused to do anything about. My contact was with them, not the people they hired. I didn’t hire them, they did!!!. I gave them my business and faithfully paid them and this is how they treated me in return. Since I was storing some other peoples items along with mine, I had to reimburse them for damages that was done under their care. This is soo wrong of them!!!!!!!
I have the storage unit since May and it was the most nicest place ever the people were so nice and I would definitely recommend people to go there if they need to have a storage unit and I will use them again
I have used this facility twice and each time was over a year long. I never had any problems with water or infestations in my units (which was always a worry to me) Great facility and great staff. You have my vote!
I had my storage unit six years before you guy took over it. The other company understood that I was on a limited income. And they helped me out so I could keep my stuff there. You would not work with me. So you took my kids stuff and the memories and you sold them. You changed me for a lock cut. And the truth was you didn’t cut my lock yet. i had a storage garage here for 20 months and have no complaints. i felt it was a safe and secure location. best of all, the state troopers have an office across the street.
Very helpful staff! I asked for a climate control unit and got one without waiting a long time! Nice facility and easy access! I'd refer Valley Storage for anyone who has storage needs!
