Recommendedtim and tom were super helpful and very nice! I was in a time crunch and they made sure I got done signing up and out the door within enough time for me to make it to work. I will 100% recommend this company. also I love the gate and no after hours people, risking break-ins

got my storage unit today ! Tim was very helpful and understanding of what I needed showed me a couple of units before I figured out which one I wanted. he was very polite and helped me through the entire process. facility is super clean. they were very on point with the mask and sanitation too. ! thank you I appreciate all the help.
The customer service is great and very professional... Tim was very helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. The facility is in a great safe location, by the highway patrol station. Also the on-site security is great with surveillance cameras and bright lighting. The coded entry way is another safety measure. Thanks

Valley Storage is totally great! I have been with them for 4 years. The property manager Tim is a kind, cheerful and friendly. He understands the uncertainty of these times during the epidemic. Totally helpful and uplifts your spirits when you talk to him. kudos to Tim!!💯👍

I did write a review on Google but also thought so highly of the company and especially Tim , i wanted to allow FB community to choose the Hossler/North Canton clean and safe location and the opportunity to work with Tim, I said he is my new adopted son!

Valley Storage was ideal when I had to use a storage unit for the first time ever. Next to State Hwy Patrol and with a security system, I was confident my items were safe. The BEST part that makes me the happiest is after opening all the boxes today (10 months later) there was not one spider and no mice!!! That was really important to me to not bring that into my new home. Friendly, NO deposit & 1st month FREE, it was ideal in transition. Thank you Valley Storage!!
