Jenn is always great to work with. I’ve rented from this Valley storage several times. I did decide to leave because I found a storage facility for $20 less and it was a much bigger size. The size I wanted and definitely needed. If needed, I will definitely rent from this Valley storage again.
Jenn McBee was absolutely awesome to deal with. She was very friendly, explained everything thoroughly, and made me feel comfortable about leaving my belongings with Valley Storage. Would definitely recommend them (but it sounds like she keeps most lockers rented!).
I don't have a lot of prior storage experience, but I am guessing that Jenn McBee is the best. So very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this location.
