friendly and easy to work with
The friendly and efficient staff were a pleasure to deal with, and the facility appeared to be well managed.
After hours online rental went very smooth, but there was a glitch on the web site. No matter what address I put in, it said Denver after I put it in the cart. HOWEVER the help call center was super helpful and even called the local property manager, Jennifer. SHE IS AN ANGEL!!!!! Not only did she help me out of a very tough situation, she did it with true happiness and genuine concern. She got a big hug from me the next morning.
Staff are very friendly and accommodating. It was an absolute answer to our needs for storage & very affordable. The facility is very clean and well laid out. This is the 2nd time that I have had a need for storage and if necessary will use this company again. If you need storage services, this is the facility to use.
