They were so kind! He could have taken my money and then told me my car would fail. Instead he was very forthright in telling me that since my check engine light would not stay on, it would automatically fail. I will definitely go back after I get my check engine light situation squared away.
My car failed the smog test at another station, so I brought it to Valley Smog for retest and repair. The mechanic, Jonathan, was so knowledgeable and courteous. He accommodated my schedule even to the point of staying past closing so that I could get there. He worked with my car and corrected the engine light problem after the part was installed. I am totally impressed and highly recommend this smog station, mainly due to Jonathan and his professionalism. Thanks so much!

A+ guys!!!!! -When it's time to get my car smogged, I always come to this place. Wait time is usually less than a half an hour, they have an nice little waiting room, and the front staff is extremely nice and friendly. They make you feel appreciated for being their customer. Which is such a great feeling and almost rare anymore, because a lot of businesses I seem to go to lately treat me like I'm an inconvenience! Approximately two weeks ago I brought my 2003 Hyundai Sonota in for a mandatory smog check. From the beginning, and until the end I was very satisfied. The receptionist was very courteous and prompt. The mechanic was also very nice and willing to answer any of my questions. The price is great, the staff is great; can't beat them! Thank you for your business.
Reasonable prices. Friendly and professional staff. Not to mention very honest! I left a personal item behind which could have turned into an expensive day for me had it not been for the staff who kept it safe until I returned.
