Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Personnel were courteous and efficient. Policies were clearly explained and also posted prominently. If you want a good job, be prepared to let them do one!
Took my wife's 2003 Highlander for smog check. Fast service, very pleasant receptionist and clean comfortable waiting room and rest room. Completed in about 20 minutes.

Had to get our 2004 Scion Xb smogged for registration renewal and we have been taking our vehicles to Valley Smog Test for about 8 years. I was a little concerned about the negative reviews but I must say they were wonderful. I was in and out of there in 15 mins. and the gentlemen working there were super nice. I'm glad I decided to go there today.
I needed to get a smog test for my car - so I googled "hemet smog test" and this place was the very first result. I intended to look at several places and compare prices, before deciding - but this place had a coupon on their site for $32.75 plus $8.25 for certificate of compliance and $3 for ETF. It was such a good deal, and so much lower than I was expecting to pay, I drove right over!
Great , fast and efficient service. Great prices. Nice, clean shop and office, friendly staff. In and out in 15 min. Smog tested 2 of my diesel trucks.
These guys are great. They do their job and smog your car. They tell you why it failed if it failed. I don't understand how people can complain about their car not passing, you know driving up whether it will pass or fail... It is not rocket science. They do their job and they do it well. If you want someone to lie to the state emissions board don't go here because they are honest people.
Just had a great experience at Valley Smog. Very clean shop and, as the owner put it, a female-friendly waiting room; clean, quiet with ample soft chair seating. I was in and out in no time. It'd be nice If they took appointment, though, for customers with tight schedules.
