Felt very comfortable with male P.A. and felt confident with him handling my care.
I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped by be to make an appointment for an issue I was having and they offered to see me then. Thank you to the office staff (I’m sorry I forgot her name), Anton and Anthony.
I placed three phone calls between Aug 20 and Aug 23 2025 to Valley Skin Institute, in Fresno to make an appointment and could only leave a message each time. I even verified the number. No human answered. As of Aug 26th I still hadn't received a call back. Not a great impression.

I've been a patient of Dr Storey for a long time. She is very skilled, detail oriented and very personable.
Everyone on team was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. The office staff was very good with patients struggling with online check in, and was observed validating Seniors and others concerns. My PA and his assistant were great at explaining and providing visuals of treatment for different conditions, and when best to do them. Questions answered, fears were put at ease.
