Pleasantly surprised at how quickly I got a response through texting and same day appointment. Check in was a breeze and the wait time to get into a room was only minutes. Dr. Storey and all of the people at Valley Skin Institute exude professionalism, efficiency, and competence. But they also exemplify courtesy, kindness and friendliness. Dr. Storey performed a MOHS surgery for me two days ago. The entire staff made sure that I had no pain and that I understood post operative care. Telephone follow up (twice) was much appreciated, even though there was no problems to deal with. They instill confidence in the patient with their caring, considerate and professional approach to medicine.
Valley Skin Institute is the only place I plan to receive care for all my dermatology needs. The staff, both front and back as well as the doctors are the best around. It?s a joy to come to the office because as a patient I feel very welcomed and treated with dignity and respect! Thank you for you wonderful care!
