They charged me $295 was two hours late the first time two hours late the second time. Dryer still not working won’t take my phone calls. Going to report to the BBB not that they’re a member. Now I’m out my money and can’t afford to call someone else. Paid for a service I never received. Don’t use this service. RUN as fast as you can away from them! Crooks!
They tried charging me over 300$ for a machine that's still broken. They keep saying they'll call back with more information and never do. These people are FRAUDULENT. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Extremely unprofessional, and just a joke of a "company". Not to mention how they were late both times they came to the house, even though I told them later in the day doesn't work for us.
We have used Valley service's for our appliance needs ALEX has been our technician he is friendly very personable and knowledgeable we were very pleased with his service ! Valley service's gives you a fair price for your service needs!
Our dryer is 11 years old and started screaming at us. Jeromy did a great job of hunting down the multiple step problem. The front office was very easy and upfront to work with too. Great Customer Service!
