No point in pre-registration on the phone if when you get there you're going to be ignored because they're to busy chit chatting amongst each other. Then I had to wait another 40 minutes past my appointment for an MRI. Once I got up to complain about the wait the tech came out to call me within minutes. Why did it take for me to be upset & have a headache before getting attended? I was there at 10:15 a.m. & didn't get out till 12. I never have these issues at Treasure Hills Imaging in Harlingen. �
