HORRIBLE. Joy Austin.
Oh my god! One of the ladies that work there just had a full on melt down and practically assaulted my parents in the parking lot. .she said that they were bitter old people that were mad that they were going to die soon. .she also said that my dad was a disgrace to the US Army (he's a vet). .my parents both have major medical issues (some with recent negative developments) that make living in a townhouse with stairs out of the question. Been with these guys 2 years now.. repairs are sparse.. inspections every 6months or so which I really don't like. Especially when repair requests from two years ago have yet to be fixed. The people in the office seem off.. some days they are very rude and other days they are cordial. It's not the best customer experience.. makes me miss my old property management up in Tahoe. Wouldn't recommend renting from this property management if you don't have to.
I'm new to the area and hooked up with Joy to rent a house..... As she was professional.... She seemed a have little tolerance for my Spanish speaking mother. When we were done walking thru the property she asked my husband to give her a good review on this page and in return, she would give us a credit on our rent. NO WONDER SHE HAS SO MANY GOOD REVIEWS! Sorry Joy. I just can't bring myself to that level. And I'm pretty sure you may be a little racist.
I have rented in several states and NEVER have I had any experience be as easy, warm and wonderful as with Joy at Valley Realty! She is an angel to our family as we move back to Nevada from across the country. She took a situation, that honestly was stressful for me and made is simple and quick to get into a home. Thank you Joy! I will refer any person looking for rentals or property management to you!
Just want to say I've been renting my house for 8 months now and Joy is always amazing when and if I ever need anything. She is very prompt and always polite. I appreciate being able to call for any reason and always getting results. Thank you guys for everything!
Valley Realty has always been good to us. I find that when dealing with property managements that if you keep up with your property and you let them know when maintenance is needed, they are right on top of it. Joy has been a pleasure to work with these past few years. Keep of the great work guys :)
I have rented many homes across the United States And I would have to say that I have had the best experience with Valley Realty! Joy always gets what I need taken care of. Now that I have become a home owner I would trust her to manage renting my property should my life adventure take me somewhere new.
Very unprofessional people working at the Carson city Nevada .This company needs polite .professional and people skills person specially this lady name Joy she is very rude company management made a big mistake rehiring her back .
