Not only are they reasonable priced and super friendly, they really don't waste your time or money. This weekend our dog had very scary bowl issues. I called the ER Vet, who didn't ask any questions, just said bring her in; $150 and then treatment $$. This morning I called Valley Ranch, and the very knowledgeable staff told me not to worry; told us what to do, what to watch for, etc. THEN if it gets worse or doesn't improve, bring her in.
