Dr Capps was wonderful. Madeline got a dental cleaning. Her teeth look amazing. All the staff and techs are very genuine and caring. Madeline loves them and Jordan does too. Both of my babies got great care the different times I've been there. They just don't like going for appointments. So glad we were referred to them! Thanks Dr Hart!
Our dog Sadie has been boarded there twice now and we could not be any happier with her care. In addition to being boarded the staff makes it so personal. She loves them.
Have been coming to VRPC since around 1997 seeing Dr. Capps first with my Scruffs and now with Annie and Sam. I would not trust my dogs care to anyone else. She has always made us feel as if our furr babies were the most important dogs in the world. The staff is also always great and very helpful.
Staff is super friendly and always willing to make suggestions to help with the pets. They genuinely care for the animals and they aren't just trying to make money. Same with the Vets. I mainly see Dr Capps but I have seen others on occasion and I have not been disappointed at any time. They will do everything possible to squeeze you in on a emergency too. Yes, vet visits can be pricey depending on the procedure but I have never felt cheated on an amount I paid to them. I feel they are reasonable. They also don't try to push... read more
