Great caring staff, wonderful doctors... very welcoming clinic
Class act all around. We have had the unfortunate task of having to take our animals to the veterinarian twice during the COVID-19 crisis. Both times the staff was helpful and kind. Today we had a more complicated and urgent situation. The staff and Doctor were patient and quick to call with updates and recommendations to care for our sick baby. My family and I have been bringing our dogs here since I was a toddler. We’ve always used Dr. Capps and she’s always been amazing. Even my Pekingese likes to see her, and he’s not a particularly social guy. They board here as well as receive their medical care. Highly recommended.
Dr. Capps is wonderful to my Kids . She has been there Dr since they were babies, our oldest is 16. The love and care they receive is outstanding.
I have been taking my pups there since 2000, when I first moved to the area. Dr. Rouchon and Dr. Capps have always been wonderful, calming, and balanced in their approach to treating our fur babies. While Rusty and Teddy went to doggie heaven a few years ago, we are about to adopt another puppy and will be coming back "home" in a few weeks!
We love the staff at Valley Ranch Pet Clinic. We’ve had nothing but good experiences and the fact that our dog practically drags us into the building goes to show how great they are with the animals.
I definitely recommend this place to other fur parents. The staff was absolutely amazing and caring. They were so gentle during the check up and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to make sure you have the right information and care to give your fur baby the best life!
