Ok, first off, they were slammed and I walked in super late (waiting on an order from the Doc. Because I had an MRI at another facility the next day) they took me in and I could clearly see that they were stressed out and under staffed because people had gone home. They were still extremely cordial and professional. I witnessed a couple of upset customers that were waiting as well, and as rude as they were with the staff, the staff was still professional and accommodating. Read alot of bad reviews about this location and the service. My experience was awesome and they even got me in early. Had an appointment and that helped. Very professional and friendly
I really want to thank the receptionist. She saw that i looked stressed and tired. I was getting teary eyed when she was talking too me. She treated me like a good friend. And told me that I'm a great mommy and I'm doing a wonderful job.. I don't hear that very much..� The Xray tech was also wonderful. My lil guy was having an off day and she was very patient with him. Talked to him and took him what to do every step of the way... So thank you again to the 2 wonderful woman.......
I had to have an MRI on my back to see if I have a problem with hardware from my spinal fusion in January 2015, or if it's another disc that is herniated. I had to take sedation to be able to sit still (claustrophobic). They had me come in one hour prior to my MRI to take the sedation medication. Then when I had my MRI the tech was great letting me know how long each scan was going to be. I needed IV contrast as well. The tech was great at placing the IV and administering the IV contrast.
