Great experience. The staff is always professional and caring. Pierce was very patient and talked me through my anxiety during my MRA procedure.
I took my daughter to Los Gatos location and went through the tests which went fine. Later after few weeks i received a bill and when i called their call center they said that that was sent by mistake and discard the bill. This incident happened last year and till date i am receiving bill from them and when i call their call center they tell me the same story. It seems the only way left is to file legal action against them for harassing me this way. Please do not go to this place.
Waited too long, my mom had an appt. at 1:45 pm but she got done at 3:30 pm. Waste of time...
I have gone there for years, but I was not happy sitting there waiting for hours. I got there around 1:15pm & didn't go in for my MRI around 4pm, didn't get home till 6:30pm because I live in Evergreen area & the traffic was bad so I got home till 6:30pm, I had my meds to take & was late taking them. It was never this bad all the other years I had to go there.
We were at VRI (Knowles, Los Gatos) for a walk-in appointment. Hannah at the front desk is very helpful and courteous in assisting us and answering my questions. I don't mind spending a few minutes writing a review for people like her who do a great job! Her being nice and patient to the patients/ clients is a ++ 2 thumbs up!!!
