The nice and courteous help that they do for people
The Vietnamese lady in front desk should talk in polite to patients. Don’t just say” sign here anh here” We are customers we come for check up. We don’ t come to beg her.
The waits are long. It took about 2 hours to get an X-ray and 35 -40 minutes just to get a bone density “appointment”. Why??? It was like going to the DMV.
I felt that the technician was very thorough & caring
we waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes to be called.Other people - 8 who came after us were called in front of us. finally at 5:15 with two people left I asked why the long wait. i was told all were urgent. I complained to the xray technition that it was now 1 hour and 40 minutes. He said he would report it to his manager. I sincerely doubt it.
