They're based in Meridian, and one of the biggest advantages is that you're working with local people who actually know the Valley, not an out-of-state call center or someone who's never even been to the city your subdivision is in, much less your neighborhood. I guess HOA's and Management Companies don't feel the need to put notice to the Community they work for when Fatbeam Fiber comes to their Neighborhood. After a day and a half of guys marking up my yard and street (Verbena Drive - Blue Horizon Subdivision) they put a Flyer on my door. Whey didn't Valley Property Management send us an email or mail notification. Because they don't care about this community. Think twice before you hire this Management Company.

Don’t expect them to do anything. My HOA has constantly looked awful. I’ve asked them several times to fix it and they only ever give excuses. It’s a waste of money that we pay them.
