This company's performance has been disappointing. They focus excessively on minor details, utilize outdated images to address purportedly new issues, and fail to communicate effectively. They demonstrate promptness in addressing certain matters, but struggle to handle challenges. Our interactions with this organization, which oversees VPM, have been numerous and uniformly negative, leaving me unable to identify any redeeming qualities.
They manage our HOA and they are fantastic. LaVaughn and Mike are always wonderful to deal with.
They are ridiculous and I love paying money to someone who gets upset about us putting our trash out a day early for leaving town!!!!! Omg one time!
