Don’t expect them to do anything. My HOA has constantly looked awful. I’ve asked them several times to fix it and they only ever give excuses. It’s a waste of money that we pay them.
Worst property management company in the Treasure Valley. When our subdivision switched, they promised the moon and the stars. Two years in, its a fiasco of epic proportions. Mike doesn't offer any help, has zero insights or advice, doesn't listen and is rude to homeowners. That is, IF they respond- that is already hit or miss. Do yourself a favor, if youre looking for a property management company, skip VPM. There are better ones out there, who do listen and care.
I was on the our homeowners board for 3 years, working with Mike and La Vaughn. I found them to be receptive and alway prompt to return calls. They have a difficult job, in that they are always asked to solve problems. Appreciate their willingness and help for our neighborhood.
Mike is the worst manager ever. He first told me my trailer was grandfathered in and the city has permits before ccr were written. Now its an issue and he says it has to be amended. Do not recommend any business with these clowns. If your buying a home in a subdivision. Please do yourself a favor and make sure Valley property management is not the company for it! You will thank me later!
