I've been living there for 3 months. Construction noise starts at 6:30 am, 6 days a week. Was supposed to have a storm door installed. seen one yet. Until recently, construction workers had priority on parking. Until recently, the gate to secure the parking area stays open 24/7. I hate this place. Our apartment is on the 2nd floor. I am handicapped and those stairs are killing me. The pics shown of this place on Google maps look nothing like reality.
1. The gate on the West Side was always half open, or doors have been left ajar….so security has been somewhat lax. 2. Now that there is Construction, there have not been any Written Notifications as to where tenants need to dispose of there trash & let’s be honest, some folks here don’t have common sense & have left their trash on other tenants property.
