I had a great experience. Everything was explained to me prior to each test or process. They were friendly and professional. Very kind and understanding with my difficulties of keeping my eyes open.
We had a great experience at Valley Optometry Eyecare even though my daughter was only there for a short time. The doctor was very friendly and accommodating, and she explained my daughter’s eye condition in simple terms so she could easily understand her situation and progress. She also took the time to answer our questions and made sure everything was clearly explained. I really appreciated how patient and encouraging the doctor was with my teen. She answered all his questions and reinforced proper eyecare.
