I need to highlight the issues at this complex where my friend lived for a year before deciding to move out. The management seems unprofessional and maintenance has gone downhill. The garbage area is always overflowing and often has broken glass around, which is unsafe. Additionally, there’s a constant smell of marijuana in the apartments. I live here. Rent is controlled. Only goes up 4% per year. Caren the manager is a really nice lady. Apartments are really old and she fixes anything that breaks.
Nice studio apartments fairly cheap prices. Also is right next to Los Gatos police car parking lot and officers training grounds
