Very poor service. My son Is visiting my folks in McAllen I had to send a consent form so my father could take my son to the doctor. That was not the problem. But the only way I could send it was via fax in a Sunday night. They would not accept an email. They claimed they had no email service and had not had it in days. How do you conduct business with out basic email. Then after we sent the consent form my DL my husbands DL insurance card and my husbands social security card they still wanted my so. This place suck ass!!! Been here 2hrs and when I ask when I'm next the receptionist snaps at me and tells me that I should have made appointment when she fukin told me I couldn't. Never again.
I love this Clinic. I've been going here for years. Best treatment ever and they are open every day till midnight. They have a lab and do X-rays. I do have my favorites like Dr.Moreno and Dr.Guerra. but they are all good. I highly recommend them as your family doctor.
This is hilarious. Was turning around on Broadway and pulled into their parking lot when a gate was up. Didn't notice gate. It came down behind me and required a code. I went over to ask for code to get out. "No, we can't give it to you. I'll come over and let you out." Receptionist walks over and says, "I'm told there's a five dollar charge to get out and if you don't pay it we have a wrecker service we'll call." I paid. Pretty reprehensible operation for a health clinic....
Dr Guerra has always been fantastic in providing care for me. Erica, Dr. Guerra's nurse, is also very good.
Dr Leonel Moreno was rude and condescending!! My 19 month old accidentally turned off the exam room computer - and he scoffed at us and said we shouldn't have let him turn it off & shook his head at us. First off, the computer is well within reach of a child and second of all, isn't your facility a "family" practice - so aren't you familiar with children and their development - act accordingly. I will NEVER set foot at this office again!!!
