Dr Guerra is by far one of the best doctors I've seen my va Drs visits are gonna be less. The vista yesterday has me feeling 50% better than I did with my va dr. Highly recommended
First impressions matter. Upon entering this place for the first time, the secretary Connie was very unprofessional, unpleasant tone of voice and overall rude. She was more worried about rushing patient data and discussing how busy it was that day than to remember the basic proper etiquette and communication skills to your guests such as to be inviting, smiling and overall with good manners to all your patients. Patients first!
Dr. Moreno is great with my kids. He always listens to my concerns and treats my kids well. If you are looking for a new family doctor for your kids, I highly recommend Dr. Moreno.
Had an incredible visit today!! My son fell on his hand, we thought it was broken because he was in a great deal of pain. Dr. Moreno tended to him immediately & made him feel at ease! All the doctors are AMAZING & always tend to our needs! Thank you for such great service!
I have been a patient of Dr Coimbra before so I decided to take my 82 year old grandmother to see her. Well after getting her off the car with a walker, we are greeted by rude receptionist and sarcasm. Apparently Medicaid is not accepted and I should have know. Not only did I waste my time but I had to deal with sarcasm and rudeness from the front office staff.
