5stars for the Doctors 0stars for the staff We don't choose to be at a neurologist for fun; We are here for a reason. The staff has been the worst to deal with from labs to appointments to anything needed but once in with the Doctor, the Doctor is great. No complaints, This Doctor came recommended by her peers but she needs the staff to back her reputation. I hope it gets better. I've given multiple situations on different occasions a chance and it finally lead me to this.

So i was seeing dr vinutha Ravi the staff is wonderful. The office is very clean. But the dr herself decided to close my case after I made a grievance complaint against her. Because She was not doing any test to See why I still have the constant headaches.She ran some tests , but said they came back negative. But when I went to another doctor and got the test Result from doctor ravi the new doctor said, I have severe nerve damage, but Dr.Ravi test came back negative. Im not happy with this group. I had a knee surgery and wasnt prepare to go to the 4 hour sleep study you guys wanted. You still are charging me for wanting to cancel my appt. I called and left a message asking to speak to a manager because thats all you can do.. you have no line to speak to staff about concerns. Nobody called me back. So I canceled my follow up appt. With you guys that I have for Monday. Just not great. Where's the management?

My first consultation appointment with Dr. Ravi had left me feeling very hopeful. She ordered a few tests and I felt happy that she was looking into my symptoms and I felt heard. My follow up was incredibly disappointing and left me feeling very sad and embarrassed. I will say that all of the other staff were very kind. Office was organized and on time. I loved the fact that there was no FOX news on the tv and instead there were musicals . So much negativity in the world, I was happy to relax in the waiting room. Better head space to be in when having a follow-up from surgery. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
