Dr. VJ has been great. He takes the time to explain everything. From MRI to X-rays, he goes over all it so you so you understand what’s going on with you. He goes over all the options to help you improve your health. He takes the time to ask and listen to what you have to say.
This was an excellent medical experience. Everyone who works here is warm and friendly in their complete professionalism. Dr. Janakiraman is just the kind of highly educated and experienced doctor you could ever want. He wants succinct details (not too wordy), from your medical records to radiologic records, and personal information and your experiences, so he can make educated assessments. The staff was friendly and the provider was phenomenal. His bedside manner was fantastic and he took the time to explain every tiny detail. I had a great experience!
Do not recommend. I’ve had to wait 1-2 hours from my appointment time. When I showed up 7 minutes late they weren’t unable to take me in. Stating “there is no grace period” when I waste my time 1-2 hours to be seen. I had to drive 1 hour to get there. I share 1 car and barely have money for gas and they do this. Very upsetting. They don’t send referrals on time I’ve been waiting for my physical therapy paper work to be sent and it’s been 3 months now. I would never go back.
