Older lady with glasses was EXTREMELY Rude to me over my medical condition.

I do apologise if you feel I was rude to you. I feel it's rude to endanger my employees and other customers by not wearing a mask. I'm deeply sorry that your medical condition prevents you from wearing a mask and I was frankly shocked! I could have stayed to continue speaking with you but I don't wish to endanger my family with possible exposure to the virus. Please have a think about shopping in person during this uptick in cases

I should've gotten her name, but the woman up front that wears the 70s style palazzo-edque pants... super nice and has an amazing sense of style. 😌 Ryan called me twice for updates the same day I dropped off. Saved me money on service by advising what I did and didn't need! They also ordered a part for me for my next appointment. Super happy so far! First mechanics I've been to for a vehicle (I usually do it myself) and I have zero complaints thus far!
These guys do nothing BUT jerk the customer around when it comes to warranty work! Which they couldn't be bothered with as they are too good for warranty work! They were supposed to fix my front brake but instead they jerked me around and didn't do what they said they were going to do! They blamed it on my levers. Which they were supposed to swap out and let it sit for the weekend! Well I called to see if putting a stock lever fixed it. Used to consider this my go-to place for my motorcycle. I'm finally at a point that I should have it running in a couple days and they won't even schedule an appointment for it until winter because it's an older bike. I can understand being busy, but maybe don't decide to blow off customers just because they don't have a fancy new motorcycle.
Had a great experience at Valley Motorsports today buying my son a dual sport. Eric and Frank were both outstanding. Highly recommended!
