Literally the website has failed to send my messages to my psychiatrist several times. I feel like the people are helpful, but are not responding to my emails or website messages at all and it's been frustrating for several months like this. I am giving this mixed reviews because I like my psychiatrist but the website is infuriating.
I’m really grateful to have Valley Mental Health right here in Methuen. Having good mental health resources close by means a lot, especially when you’re new to all of this like I am. The whole mental health world was pretty overwhelming at first, but the team here has made it so much easier to explore and understand what I need.
