The staff and doctors in this practice are phenomenal. Dr. Kothari is very attentive and cares deeply about her patients. She has stood by me in my journey over the past 8 months and helped me in a course to lose over 100 pounds without surgery. This has helped me lower some of my medication dosages, particularly my thyroid meds.
I absolutely LOVE Dr. Kothari, she is absolutely amazing. So kinda and she really helped me and truly listened. The only thing is, when I called today the medical receptionist was very dismissive and rushed me off the phone, cut me off mid sentence. When I said there was another thing, she let out the loudest sigh/huffed and puffed. Felt very disregarded.
I don't understand why Griffin tricks people into thinking the doctors will be the town over or in close proximity to the town you live in. Next thing you know they're a 30 minute drive away. You do know gas is expensive and people are living paycheck to paycheck? Then I get an attitude when I say I can't come in? No I'll go somewhere else.
Dr Kothari was extremely dismissive of my concerns and made assumptions based on my age, which were not true. She did not bother to obtain a full history from me, and did not offer any suggestions of help. I waited 4 months for this appointment and Dr Kothari spent less than 10 min with me. I would not recommend her to anyone.
Karin (I believe That’s how you spell her name) went above and beyond for me! I was Waiting two weeks for my Gyno to fax them over my request to be seen. Karin knew I needed To be seen so she went out of her way to contact my doctor directly so I didnt Have to wait any longer then I already Was! Then told me she would call me back either Friday or Monday, she called me the very next day and got me right in!!! There needs to be more people like you Karin! Thank you again
