I bought a vehicle from Eric Swenson and he did whatever he could to make the experience run as smooth as possible. He answered every question I could come up with and spent as much time with my wife and I as we needed. You can tell he is a person that takes pride in doing things the right way. He is the one to ask for when you go to Valley Imports and we will be buying from him again.
Caught a few things that needed repair and were covered under warranty and they played it as doing us a favor with fixing it, but now discovered the steering rack on the vehicle we bought over 2 weeks ago, but have only had in our possession for 5 days since it has been in and out trying to get fixed needs a new steering rack installed. Called and asked if they would be willing to work something out repair wise and so far haven't heard a peep back......
My aunt wanted to get a vw bug and she said she felt like the the movie Pretty woman when the people don’t want to even talk to her! The salesperson name Gordy I believe treated her unwell and left her not wanting to buy a car there! She could probably buy any car there... even the 1/2 million $ cars but doesn’t look like a millionaire so got treated different! Very dissapointed! Just cause she’s looking at a cheaper vehicle doesn’t mean she’s broke!
This has been the best car buying experience so far. The sales team worked hard to find the perfect car that met my budget. I am a proud owner of a VW Golf. Everyone at this dealerships is knowledgeable and friendly. I recently brought my car into their shop and they knew me by name! Valley Imports strives to make each customer a lifetime customer. Many thanks to this wonderful dealership.
Came in Saturday told a truck ran out good how wrong made it out of the drive and turned rite around drove 75 miles for nothing!
Had a major issue with a brand new Audi's tires that had giant cracking in then within 3000 miles. Noones fault besides the tire manufacturer, valley and the service crew got new tires ordered and put on in a timely manner and really impressed me more than ever. Good job valley service!
