Had some trouble with my volkswagen. They fixed it. Made a mistake and admitted to it and fixed it. I respected the fact that they were honest and fixed the problem.

I hate coming here but have no choice everytime I go to these people they lack on getting my car in and it's usually a DIAGNOSTIC CHECK how hard is that.. I had to make an appointment it's been 3-4 days and still no diagnostic was done when i had an appointment at 8 a.m. On Monday....I recommend driving to Minneapolis dealership that way you will get treated the way a customer is supposed to! I also feel like this is a discrimination part because when my fellow Americans bring my car to the shop for any reason they get it do... read more
