Michelle was very polite and sincere. Customer service was 100% outstanding.
Dzmitry got things done. We had looked for a certain vehicle, when other auto dealerships told us "we can do this for you then said sorry" . Valley Imports got the perfect vehicle and sealed the deal.
Have a bumper to bumper warranty and my car is 1 1/2 years old. They refused to fix it because they arent really sure what it is. Wow, really, then figure it out. My car literally stopped on the highway in below zero temperatures but they just want me to keep driving it until it does it again because it was only 1 time. Maybe they'll fix it if it does it again.
RecommendedBought a car from them yesterday, Joel was absolutely awesome and helped out every step of the way. Was able to trade in my old car and got the best deal possible. Would highly recommend seeing Joel and the rest of the Valley Imports staff for any car needs!

There was no pressure for a “fast sale.” They were extremely patient as I made my decision and went the extra mile to ensure I was 100% satisfied. Superior customer service from their salespeople, finance/lease people and service department!
We bought 3 vehicles here - 2 Audi ( A6 and Q7) and One VW (Passat) .... sales experience was nothing short of excellent- We have worked primarily with Erik Swenson but all staff is very courteous and exhibits great customer skills as well as patience ... I can be indecisive and very inquisitive and they always provided great experience. Service depot is top notch as well ... for one I bought a car privately from the service manager john aafor not too long ago and he lied out of his butt! said he bought the vehicle 5 years ago and had 30,000 miles then. after buying it I reviewed the title ans it said he purchased the vehicle not even a year ago and it had 130,000 more miles then he said it did! buyer beware of this crook! i will never go.to this dealership knowing he works there. ick
