When we left Valley Honda, my nine year old son said, "they've got great customer service. They even ask the kids their names, most places only ask the adults." I have to agree with him on this. The customer service was great. We worked with Randall Rosen, who helped us find a great mini van. He seemed genuinely concerned about helping us find what was right for our family, and not just making a sale. It was great to work with someone I felt I could trust!

From start to finish Randal Rosen surpassed our expectations with getting a new car. He knew I would have my kids with me which is never easy so he took all my info over the phone to get the process started. Not only did he have everything done and approved before we walked in this morning, but he really listened to me on the phone and had exactly what we talked about ready to show me.
