We had bought two cars from Valley Honda in the past, working with a wonderful young sale associate Randall Rosen. Last Summer we got a quote from Randall on a new CR-V. My wife and I just bought our second car with Valley Honda and a big reason for that is Randall Rosen. All salesmen can learn information about cars, and have the right answers to our questions. Randall knows all of the information. But one thing you can't teach is a genuine care for the customer. Randall has the unique ability to build trust very quickly because his care for the customer is evident; it is real. We will continue to come to Valley Honda and work with Randall, and I would recommend others to do the same.
We worked with Steve G. and had a wonderful experience. Prior to visiting Valley Honda we had been working with another dealership that wanted us to buy what they had on their lot instead of ordering the car we wanted.
