I sent my Honda Accord in for a repair due to a Airbag recall. As soon as a pick up the honda the red SRS Airbag light is on. They tell me it's a unrelated issue and it will cost $1,300 to repair/replace. Funny, because the light wasn't on when I dropped it off. But here is the awesome part! Don the GM himself met me and we both sat in a room and we worked out a deal. That's what true customer service is all about! We will be sure to tell all about Don and his team at Valley Honda! I would not buy from this deslership They are not honest and upfront I gave 90%of the information about myself including credit asked three times to a salesperson name Jaime that dealership was a little far from my area I didn't want to go if they couldn't finalize the deal The salesperson Jaime said yes it was fine I got there then they told me that someone had( dibs)on the car b4 I got there so didn't believe it of course She just wasted my time Very unprofessional
Extremely disappointed in Valley. I have bought my last two cars from there and My mom has bought cars from here to. My mom had her Starter die yesterday and the car was towed to Valley. She was told this would cost an insane amount of money to fix! I knew immediately this was a lie. I called my Mechanic who fixed her car for a FRACTION of what valley said. I am disgusted.
